Mr. Xavier Prats Monnè, the Deputy Director-General of The Directorate General for Education and Culture at the European Commission

Mr. Xavier Prats Monnè is the Deputy Director-General of The Directorate General for Education and Culture at the European Commission since 2011. Earlier he held the position of Director for Employment Policy, Lisbon Strategy and International Relations – Directorate- General Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion (DG EMPL). He holds academic degree from College of Europe, Centre International des Hautes Etudes Agronomiques Méditerranéennes – Montpellier (France) and University of Madrid.
