Professor Sir Timothy O’Shea FRSE, Principal of the University of Edinburgh

Professor Sir Timothy O’Shea is a computer scientist and a graduate of the Universities of Sussex and Leeds.
Professor O’Shea is Chair of the Scottish Institute of Enterprise, Chair of the Joint Information Systems, and Chair of the board of Directors of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. He holds honorary degrees from Heriot Watt University, the University of Strathclyde, and McGill University.
